Jomo Audio proudly announces the latest addition to its acclaimed Nautilus series: Nautic Gleam, a universal IEM inspired by the serene vastness of the sea and the luminous clarity of a lighthouse in the night. Building on the legacy of the original Nautilus, Nautic Gleam brings that iconic underwater elegance to the surface—refined, accessible, and reimagined for broader audiences without compromising craftsmanship or sonic depth. Design Philosophy: A Night at Sea, Enveloped in Light The name Nautic Gleam captures a singular vision—standing in the middle of the sea under a moonless night, and witnessing a lone lighthouse cast its beams through the darkness. The faceplate design, inspired by this idea, features a laser-cut radial motif reminiscent of lighthouse rays piercing through mist. Beneath the faceplate lies a shimmering natural mother-of-pearl backing—signature to the Nautilus line—revealing a subtle play of light and color through each aperture. The IEM shell itself is meticulously machined from 5-axis CNC aluminum alloy, undergoing a multi-stage sandblasting and anodizing process for a tactile satin finish. A sculpted wave motif wraps around the chassis, symbolizing being embraced by the ocean’s undulating rhythm. It’s not just an earphone, but a portal to the soundscape of the deep.

Design Philosophy: A Night at Sea, Enveloped in Light

The name Nautic Gleam captures a singular vision—standing in the middle of the sea under a moonless night, and witnessing a lone lighthouse cast its beams through the darkness.

    Adaptability Meets Everyday Utility

Designed with practicality in mind, Nautic Gleam is equipped with Jomo’s new modular cable system. The stock cable, named Tidal, uses 26AWG OCC silver-plated copper cores wrapped in alternating blue and silver PVC jackets—a visual metaphor for moonlight-drenched waves.

This versatile cable supports interchangeable terminations with bundled 3.5mm (standard), 4.4mm (balanced), and USB-C connectors—making Nautic Gleam effortlessly compatible with DAPs, smartphones, and desktop setups alike.

    Acoustic Architecture: Power, Precision, Purity

Nautic Gleam is built upon a tri-hybrid driver system, optimized with cutting-edge acoustic design principles:

    • 1 × 10mm DLC Dynamic Driver
A newly developed dynamic driver with a diamond-like carbon diaphragm. With enhanced stiffness and fast rebound, this unit delivers deeper, more authoritative bass response—punchy yet controlled.
    • 1 × 6mm Nano Planar Magnetic Driver
The same proven unit found in the original Nautilus, now paired inside an enhanced AC² (Asymmetrical Coaxial Acoustic Chamber). This 3D-printed chamber couples the planar tweeter and dynamic driver into one acoustic body, yet physically separates their sound pathways—ensuring treble airiness and bass depth remain free of interference.
    • 1 × Tubeless Balanced Armature Driver
Placed at the very front of the nozzle, this high-efficiency tubeless BA driver handles mid and upper-mids with remarkable speed and openness. Its direct radiation path into the ear canal ensures vocals and instruments remain vivid and lifelike, while offering better spatial energy distribution than traditional BAs.

Additionally, all internal signal pass through 6N monocrystalline silver internal wiring, offering superior electrical performance and transparency compared to traditional OFC silver-plated alternatives.

    Positioning and Listening Experience

Compared to its predecessor, Nautilus, Nautic Gleam offers a more accessible entry into the world of tri-hybrid high-fidelity IEMs. Its tuning strikes a balance between warmth and resolution, intimacy and expansion. Vocals soar effortlessly over a dark, oceanic background, while the treble glows like moonlight shimmering on tide.

Whether you’re navigating city streets or sinking into a quiet evening session, Nautic Gleam adapts to your world—and brings the sound of the sea with it.
