 Jomo Audio Warranty 

All Jomo Audio IEM is automatically covered by limited warranty for the first year from the date of delivery. Subsequent years of warranty for IEM only can be purchased at 15% of the total IEM value. Please send an email to info@jomoaudio.com for enquiry for the warranty extension. 

Jomo Audio Limit Warranty covers:
The Limited Warranty covers Jomo Audio in-ear monitor only, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in your products. This Warranty is non-transferable. 

Jomo Audio Limit Warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Any loss, theft, or any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of Jomo Audio.
  • Any human error caused damage due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications done by anyone other than Jomo Audio.
  • Normal ware and tear and degradation of the IEM, the stock cable and the carrying waterproof case. 
  • Product ordered through unauthorized dealer
  • Product with missing warranty card and missing or altered SN number
  • Shipment for returning to us and back to you. 
  • Cracked, damaged, loosen two pins socket caused by third party cable plug, human error, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications. 
  • Wax clog, moisture issue related damage to acoustic filter and drivers. 

30 Day Free Refit Guarantee

All Jomo Audio custom IEM are automatically entitled for 30 days free refit service from the date of delivery. Overseas customer needs to claim for free refit service within 45 days from shipment date. Customs are encouraged to contact Jomo Audio authorised dealers immediately when they felt the IEM does not fit their ear perfectly. Refit after 30 days free period will be charged at $75 per refit.

Jomo Audio Refit DOES NOT cover:

2. Any human error caused damage due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications done by anyone other than Jomo Audio.

6. Shipment for returning to us and back to you. 

What to do when you need a repair? 

In the event of repair service is needed, send an email to info@jomoaudio.com with your name, contact number, IEM purchased date, model and SN number to us. We will issue you an RMA number in the next 24 hours with the instruction to ship the product back to us. 

When you receive the RMA number from us, you shall: 

1. Send the product in its original form and package with RMA number clearly displayed on the packing material.

2. Prepare shipping charges and insurance if needed. 

Jomo Audio is NOT responsible for any loss, theft and damage to your IEM and its packaging caused by the shipping. 

 

Return and Refund

Custom Product

All custom products are made to order and strictly no refund and return. 

Made-to-order Universal

All Made-to-order universal IEMs are uniquely crafted according to order. Strictly no refund and return. 

Ready-to-ship Universal

Read-to-ship universal products are exiting stock. We provide a 14 days refund policy if the Universal IEM doesn't fit you well. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for approved refund. 

Returning product shall be in like-new condition with all accessories and packing undamaged. Returning product with none resellable condition will be rejected for refund. Missing, damaged accessories and packing will increase restocking fee. Customer shall be responsible for the shipping cost of the returning product. All returning product shall be declared as REPAIR/RETURN PRODUCT and any import taxes and GST at Singapore Custom shall be  born by the customer. Jomo Audio rejects ANY returning product required to pay import tax and GST. 

Please contact Jomo Audio prior returning the product. 

 

Shell Color

We strive to provide most vivid and accurate color looks as close as customers expectation and as close as to our color samples. Due to color distortion of printing media, computer screen, mobile phone screen and etc, in the event where you are not satisfied with the shell color, you may send the IEM back to us within 30 days and we will remake a new pair for you with a fee of S$250 with addition artworks and shipping.

 

Sound Signature

We DO NOT accept refunds of custom IEMs for reasons related to sound signature preferences. We suggest that you research the sound signature of our custom IEM model(s) prior to making a purchase. And we encourage customer to go to our local dealer for a demo with your own setup and your own ears. It is known that due to each individual ear canal geometry and tips used, universal IEMs demo DOES NOT sound like custom IEMs 100%.
